Summers 2009 in Europe

My husband had one week off from work and we wanted to see a new and different place...so, after doing some research we included Aachen (Germany) as my husband cousin was studying there at that time and my husband wanted to see him...and from there we added brussels (belgium), paris (france), few places in switzerland to our list of places to visit. I did a bit of research on renting a car and hotels.

We used airtransat for air and car booking. For hotels, my husband wanted a hotel with washroom, air-conditioning and parking...so, after planning...I used ibis.com for all my bookings.

We started our trip at frankfurt, germany.

I have to say that I loved brussels. I found that in europe you pay for everything including washrooms and toppings...condiments etc.

I don't have a photograph...we got a bit lost on the highway and ended up looking at a step farming style vineyards...which looked absolutely beautiful.
