Winters in Blue Mountain

0 °C

So, now the most awaited winter holidays were here (December, 2005). I was again the family travel planner. My parents, brother and few other relatives wanted to go away somewhere as well, but, the restriction was that the place shouldn't be too far away from toronto in terms of driving and shouldn't be too expensive. Yeah, so everyone agreed on Blue Mountain, near collingwood, ontario, as it's less than 2 hours drive from toronto. After looking around I booked two chalets at Mountain Springs Lodge Resort & Conference Centre. The accommodation was good and had kitchen as well. I think my uncle also brought some old indian movies from home which everyone watched at night. After two nights, when we left blue mountain in the morning it snowed a lot that morning. If you are looking for snow, hills and snow related activities then look no further than Blue Mountain.
